We are sorry that your order didn’t work out. You can return your product and get a Vasaas Credit from us. However, kindly note the following points for a seamless return and refund experience.
We request you to make an opening video from your phone after delivering the product before opening it so that if you get any wrong product from our side, it will be easy for us to replace it.
You must inform us about your return within 03 Daysfrom the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse within 08 to 15 days.
You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
If the product you receive is damaged or not up to your quality expectations, drop in a return request. If our company has a reverse pick-up service available in your area, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Kindly drop us a mail at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing the order in case of modifications.
The product should not be worn, used, washed, or show any signs of usage.
The tags and labels on the product should not be removed or tampered with.
The product should reach us in its original condition and packaging without any damage or any other kind of tampering or mishandling.
The product should be returned in a well-packed box to avoid any damage in the transit.

In these rare scenarios, your returns won’t be accepted:
The product is damaged by the customer or has been tampered with in any way.
The product has been used, worn, washed, or changed in any other way.
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:
The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped.
If the order has been paid for and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we can not cancel the order and it will become a return on your side.
The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation or returns.
