Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time during normal days
All orders are processed within the same day or the next day if the order is placed after 11:00 a.m.
Note: Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment processing time during pre-order days When you have pre-ordered the product which marks that the product will be launched on a specific date then you have to wait till that specific date for that order to be processed. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the launch date of the product.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We put up products on pre-order generally a month before it is launched. So, if you have placed an order on the day we have started taking pre-orders for any product then you have to wait till the launch date and you have to be assured that we’ll process the product within 2-3 business days from launch date and then it will be delivered.
In case of high order volume, shipments might get delayed by a few days. We request additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to national holidays or nation-wide issues which prevent us in shipping orders.

VASAAS ships to the majority of addresses within the INDIA.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will be receiving constant emails from our end till you receive your order.
During the pre-order period you can expect the mail of defined milestones:
- 1st on order placement
- 2nd on shipping (the launch date of the product)
- After this, you will be receiving emails and SMS at every milestone from our end till you receive your order
- Order Tracking
At VASAAS you are getting an amazing order tracking feature, link to track your orders are available in my account menu as well as at the footer. You can easily track with the order tracking feature the whereabouts of your order.
In case you have received a damaged product, please write a mail to us with an image of the damaged product so that we can take action. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship international too.
There is no return available on any of the products offered on vasaas. For quality defects, photos of that particular order will be sent to email@example.com and quality check team will be replying on that whether the product is exchangeable or not. For quality defects, item in order will be exchanged with same product or from same collection (based on availability). There is no refund for any of the product.
