...Priyam Narayan competed for his degree in fashion technology from Amity School of Fashion Technology in 2010. He is known as a young, vibrant designer. During his way as a fashion designer, he interned with big names like Varun Bhal and collaborated with the Ministry of Textile. Priyam in 2011 got an opportunity to design for Miss Mauritius Pageant and later that year was even invited to create for The Miss Super Mauritius 2011. Priyam specialization is in fabric manipulations, and he loves to play with silhouettes, and the Palestinian craft majorly inspires his embroideries. Priyam did his debut at LFW winter festive and, after that, has been supplying his design collection to the best multi-designer stores in Dubai, Kuwait, Hong Kong, and India.
What sets Priyam apart is his skill to relate to the persona for whom he designs the creations…fabric to finish the entirety is a delight. The label visualizes silhouettes with traditional Palestinian motifs, til karma, and crafts of the middle east. The synergy of these combination blended with contemporary aesthetics has resulted in a collection which is, timeless and distinctive. The city that inspires the young designer Priyam Narayan is the mystique city called Benaras from which flows the river Ganges and yards and yards of fabric reminding us of the grandeur of our country.
